VHM Care works in partnership with Social Services, Community Mental Health Teams (CMHT) and private individuals within Sussex and surrounding areas offering high quality Supported Housing for adults with care and support needs under the Care Act 2014. We provide a range of specialist Domiciliary (Homecare) and Supported Living services to support Adults aged 18 and over with Mental Health needs, Learning Disabilities (including Autistic Spectrum Condition), Challenging behaviour or Complex needs. We are registered with CQC as a provider of personal care.
We provide a range of specialist supported living services to support adults aged 18 and over with Autism, Epilepsy, Asperger’s Syndrome, Challenging behaviour or Mental Health condition.
